Over the weekend Raleigh, North Carolina was devastated by a tornado. Many are dead, homeless, businesses reduced to rubble, and some seem to be without hope. With despair, there does come a light at the end of this tunnel. A 3 month old baby that some thought may have lost his life in the storm, is ALIVE.
