If there was ever any doubt over George Zimmerman’s activity, audio from more newly released phone recordings from jail make his plans abundantly clear.
Shellie Zimmerman not only speak in code during phone conversations, but talk about hiding money.
“Are you still at the bank?” he asks his wife during one call. He goes on to instruct her to move $10,000 into separate bank accounts daily. “Just do it right away, just set a reminder in your phone,” he instructs. “Put 10 [thousand] in yours and 10 [thousand] in Suzie’s every day.”
As he speaks, Shellie can be heard repeating all of his instructions, prompting him to say praise her efforts. “Good job honey,” he says. “I’m so proud of you.”
Zimmerman’s wife also informs him that his donation website continues to bring in funds, which makes him happy.
“Oh, man, that feels good… that there are people in America that care. “It makes me feel happy and to lay here and um be okay,” he adds.
Not surprisingly, Zimmerman never mentions his victim, Trayvon Martin, or shows any remorse for the crime. Instead he soaks up his wife’s adoration.
“I’m so happy to know that you’re gonna be okay,” she says. “After this… you’re gonna be able to just, have a great life,” to which he replies “We will.”
