Halle Berry ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubrey and these two have been fighting over their gorgeous daughter since they broke up.

Now that Ms. Berry is engaged to actor Olivier Martinez and in talks of moving overseas, the courts needed to make a final judgement in this custody war and it looks as if Mr. Aubrey is smiling all the way to the bank.

The model had requested that he receive $20,000 a month in order to provide a proper lifestyle for their 4 year old daughter Nahla, which amounts to almost a quarter of a million dollars per year.

But don’t think that these payments will be holding Halle up in any way, shape or form. She’s still working to get Nahla moved permanently overseas with her hubby-to-be in Paris to be away from the paparazzi, and likely to be away from those child support payments as well.
