Kim Kardashian seems to always be seeking attention and a lady in a London West Hollywood hotel gave it to her… While the reality star was out to promote her new fragrance “True Reflection” she was covered in white powder by a woman in the hotel lobby.

“That probably is the craziest, unexpected, weird thing that ever happened to me,” Kim told E! Online. “Like I said to my makeup artist, I wanted more powder and that’s a whole lot of translucent powder right there.”…
